kabTRAK Electronic Tool Control Cabinet including Tools

The KabTRAK Electronic Tool Control Cabinet is kitted out with a popular choice of tools for automated electronic tool control applications. Fitted with high quality tools, largely made in the USA and Germany, and in most cases covered by lifetime warranty.

This KabTRAK has 10 drawers and is a robust cabinet fitted with heavy duty castors. The standard tool selection is the most cost effective, but the kit can be modified by adding or subtracting tools to specific needs, or a fully customised selection can be made to order.

This kit contains a selection of the most used hand tools including crimping and contact installation as well as a Fluke Multimeter. The tools of world leading brands are laid out in the premium two colour high density foam inserts we manufacture in-house.

Our Master Sheet Metal Tool Kit contains just about everything you will need to build or maintain any sheet metal aircraft. Our kit contains tools you will use! It is not loaded with tools, which have little or no use.

Avionics Connector Tooling Kit

Originally selected for maintaining Augusta AW139 helicopters, this kit certainly also covers the requirements of many other aircraft. The included tools may not entirely correspond to the OEM wiring manual but are largely Military-specified tools, in certain cases more suited to maintenance than production.

Henchman can customise this avionics kit to your requirements and has already done other connector toolkits in this way, which may cover your needs.

One-sided Flightline Toolboard Cabinet with one lockable clear roll down door. Tools can be laser marked and should a tool tag system be required, we can offer several solutions.

This model is one-sided. We also offer a two-sided model with two separate roller doors (one on each side).

Henchman Toolwagon

The Henchman Toolkab is a purpose designed and built toolwagon for the aviation industry. It has been fully engineered based on the requirements of Aircraft Engineering operations of the Royal Air Force and can be towed by aircraft tugs in an airport environment.

The toolwagon can be supplied empty or fully configured with tool control foam and tools. This utility cart is used extensively in international airlines - with features including park brake, engineered tie-down points, lockable safety clam-catch drawers, alloy wheels, pneumatic tyres and sharp turning circle.
